RETURNS POLICY
(NO POSSIBILITY OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT)
1. These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for returning Products purchased in the online store operated by the Seller.

2. These Products offered by the Seller include, in particular, erotic toys and erotic accessories, which, due to their nature, are intended for direct contact with the body.

3. For health protection and hygiene reasons, Products offered by the Seller are not returnable after they have been delivered to the Consumer or Consumer-Entrepreneur.

4. Pursuant to Article 38, paragraph 1 point 5 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the Consumer and the Consumer-Entrepreneur do not have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement in the case of contracts for items delivered in sealed packaging if, after opening the packaging, they cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

5. All Products offered by the Seller are delivered in sealed packaging, and their possible return after opening the packaging could involve the risk of transmitting diseases, bacteria, or other biological factors that could pose a health risk to subsequent Consumers.

6. Therefore, the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement does not apply to the Consumer or the Consumer-Entrepreneur, regardless of whether the Product packaging has been opened or not.

7. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement constitutes acceptance by the Consumer or Consumer-Entrepreneur that purchased Products are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases specified in mandatory provisions of law.

8. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not limit or exclude the rights of the Consumer or Consumer-Entrepreneur arising from the non-conformity of the Product with the contract or warranty, provided that such rights are granted under applicable law.

9. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the store’s website and apply to all Sales Agreements concluded from that date.
